At Golden Sprout Art Hub, we take great care in creating and delivering unique artworks. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases of original artwork are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and completed.
2. Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom-made and commissioned artworks are created specifically for individual clients and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gsarthub@gmail.com along with clear photographs of the issue and packaging.
After reviewing the claim, Golden Sprout Art Hub may choose to provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once this period has passed, cancellations will not be accepted as processing or production may already have begun.
5. Shipping Information
We currently ship across India and the United States (USA).
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other external factors.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Charges
All shipping, packaging, handling, customs duties, and related charges are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Golden Sprout Art Hub shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delayed deliveries, or shipping-related issues.
