Custom and commissioned artworks are created specifically according to client requirements.Such orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.Minor variations may occur due to the handmade and artistic nature of the work.Golden Sprout Art Hub retains the right to display commissioned works in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India and the United States (USA).Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, customs issues, or damages caused after dispatch by third-party carriers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales of original artwork are final.Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless explicitly approved by us.Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to gsarthub@gmail.com.Any replacement, repair, credit, or refund will be provided solely at our discretion.
